allows selection of different sectors of the full disc image, or the full disc image itself (i.e. where the sectors number refers to a 3 by 3 square as follows:
- 1 2 3 (top row of full disc image, 1=left/Northwest, 2=middle/North, 3=right/Northeast)
- 4 5 6 (middle row of full disc image,
4=left/West,
5=middle/center,
6=left/East) - 7 8 9 (i.e. bottom row of full disc image,
7=left/Southwest, 8=middle/South, 9=right/Southeast)
Select Meteosat 9 at 0° longitude
or Meteosat 7 at 57° longitude.
